really, why do you answer questions on a blog

“This is somewhat communicating with myself, this is some what I review my past experience, if not I might forget the experience, sharing is what we do in most of our life, when we share the experience it reflects the questionnaire, its like seeing my own image, getting a feedback of my dos & don'ts. Getting inspired by the question asked we get motivated to answer the question, facing the tirade of question we shape our self to accept the negativity of our self; we understand our weakness and try to emulate the strengths out of our experience. More and more I expect good questions, more and more interesting questions, the questions should inspire me to answer, without the drive, without the motivation I would not be able to answer, because I am true to myself, I am true to my experience, I am very much loyal too. So a good question definitely inspires me to write. It makes me to have a bird's view of myself.

Handling Criticism

“Surely criticism is a healthy way of understanding one's own and other's. There is no negative or positive criticism, cynicsm is there, we discuss about critics and criticism not about cynics. I observe criticism is a way of commenting on the issue, and we always encourage comments, the comments revealed will help us to understand our own deeds & faults unless we would not be able to visualize our work, criticism is a reflection of what we do and perhaps criticism might be wrong more often. But criticism develops healthier relations with that of professionals and personal relations where the need is authentic. One who observes criticism as a healthy sport and encourage critics will find a good way of understanding the whole, will able to scale beyond limits.”

Is IT industry/ sector in India anyway affected by trade union movement?

“Not at all I don't think so, I have not heard of trade unions functioning in IT establishments, awareness of labor laws, or the awareness of rights of work force has not been felt seriously, mostly IT industry is like an unorganized sector when it comes to trade unions. Hiring, firing, lay-offs, benches, the effects of the market determines the stability of the industry, the workforce and the forming of trade unions. Trade unions are to facilitate the management employee divide, bringing out the basic awareness of the rights issue when deployed in a work environment, we should support establishing trade unions in IT industry.”
