Indian women in general I believe caught between rural & urban complexities, this evolution is due to socio economic factors, career & home I understand there is a significant difference in men & women, flexible work timings and timely resident work set up can help women to reach their goals, Men or Women, gender difference, I believe a competent workforce can only restore friendliness, peer cooperation support evolving a healthier environment, a competent workforce is likely a real healthy environment which is measured in terms of true performance, skills, combined with appropriate recognition with no partiality, prejudice, modern entities lack humanness, conventional establishments lack technical aspects, a neo modern or conventional establishments with modern outlook can reduce gender issues.

We all know "Trust" is the fundamental element of any relationship, I won't say it can be developed by "gestures" alone, besides "deeds" are the only practical measure which would grow trust between long lasting relationship.

How do ideas come? Where do they come from? Why are they so hard to find?
“It all comes from positive thinking, complete optimistic way of thought. If we don't allow fear & frustration to overcome our thoughts, we will be able to gain positive energy from even the worst situation we face. Positive energy, the impulse of positive psychology renders ideas from everywhere, even a single opinion; a foolish statement may give us a thought provoking idea which can be fruitful in a worst situation. While speaking to a Singaporean friend of mine he accused cynically of Indian state & the corrupt politics being not keeping the basic primary health & hygiene of general public, while I too intervened and said, we don't have a disaster management setup in place as we don't anticipate disasters like the earth tremors which happens frequently in Indonesia, we have not even learned lessons from Tsunami which took thousands of our lives and we don't have a water management setup as half the year we experience heavy floods & acute shortage of water & drought in the same geographical area of the same political structure, we did not expect a water management solution involving Pakistan, China & Bangladesh, we expect the plan should take place within the political set up of Indian states. Ideas come from everybody, everywhere where optimism reigns supreme, it nourishes when nurtured properly, it grows to the extent of changing the whole world, the transformation take place out of sheer optimism, purely optimism.”
What is better for cost cutting - Salary Cuts or Layoffs?
"If you ask me the appropriate measure to manage or to handle the financial crisis I would say its effective planning strategy which would be the counter measure handling the pit fall. Effective planning strategy is not layoffs or salary cuts, but cutting down the operational expenses, postponing the immediate projects of high costs until the depression period is over, planning the alternative methods of revenue involving low expenditure and diverting the human resource to the alternative revenue yielding projects. What I say is not so easy as we discuss, but I believe the practice of effective planning strategy will dramatically yield results without layoffs and salary cuts.”
What is the difference between a natural leader and a trained leader and who would you want on your team?
“A Leader is what I believe is a person with enthusiasm, with initiatives, an attitude to handle situation, with an inborn quality of never letting him down. A person can be trained to handle & to shoulder responsibilities, but lack of enthusiasm, with lack of die-hard nature would be a set back for a trained leader. However a trained one can compensate to a level of contributing in the absence of an inborn. But pressured situations can definitely shape a trained person in terms of competency.”

"I would like to answer in affirmative to this question. Every body needs to be identified to be recogonized, to be branded, not only now, the quest for identity starts from the early ages of mankind. This era provides the sophistication, the necessity to comunicate, to show the hidden self, the proclamation, infact in most cases scratching the one's own back or else others back expecting a 360 degree feedback, but at the end we expect a genuine opinion of the society,individual,politics & democracy, this is what we can expect from a democratic set up, where all of our wishes and thoughts can be spread, magnified, discussed, debated, negotiated and arrived to a final solution.”
