“It takes only few seconds to judge a person out of the body language which he communicates unconsciously, which determines his energy level, communiqué and the flexibility of accommodation. The innate strength of raising to the occasion, tackling the stressful environment, sorting out the needy and the ability to sell, everything can be judged over an in person meeting with the candidate, never by a teleconference session. But the preliminary need of initiating a call do facilitate a rapport to understand the basic need of making out an in person discussion which will facilitate us to finalize. Recently a HR manager asked one of my friends to mail his copy of recently taken photograph after commencing two consequent telecon interviews each prolonged not less than hour, which means he was stated saying he needs a mapping over the personality of the candidate with his voice and picture. He needs to get clarified much more than after two consequent hours of teleconversation."
