How to convince/communicate the CEO that the organisation requires a change?

"Most of the top most executives are reluctant to change when they witness low or minimum guarantee assured to the existing set up. Obviously they fear modification, alternatives, and thinking of getting real time business. I observed same difficulties with some of the organizations, these are all the weakness of the senior management people who lack confidence in their professional outlook. If it is to be convinced, it needs lot of vision towards the goal for a better future, so top executives should rely on the visionaries to take on the control of the organization"

What do you consider to be the underlying assmptions and beliefs behind an organisation which makes creativity and innovation an everyday habit?

“Today's business runs on numbers, targets, if it's an advertising company or a showbiz company, innovation & creative intelligence makes bread & butter, innovation & creation can be encouraged in between the number games of competitive business, which would help the employees to take a break from the hectic work pressure, relishing on, replenishing, believing the productivity increase, and giving room for creating a human being in the civilized society, but who cares about humanity & civilization !!!!”

“Insurgency, counter insurgency, both implies the need of a political settlement, any political settlement can not be stressed from upside to down the earth, besides should be cultivated from down to up, nurturing the ideology, spreading the culture in the minds of people, issue needs to be addressed politically in a political platform, not with counter insurgency, hiring mercenaries lead to more blood shed, more embarrassment, creating havoc never leading to peace or political settlement. Puppets or Proxy heads won’t represent people mandate, whereas inducing people representatives taking part in the mainstream allowing them to take the lead will curb the insurgency backbone.”

● Why would someone burn bridges -- or wouldn't dig their well before they're thirsty?

It's ridiculous! I never seen such a personality, I always not let go anyone from my personal or professional network, as I always perceive & presume whether useful or least useful take it as a learning in the continuous process of learning till the end. Once I got into a shoe shop, bought a polish and to polish my shoes I asked for a brush, the keeper billed me with the polish & brush, I cleared him I only asked brush to polish my shoes as I am having half a dozen at home, the keeper maintained it's only for sale & he does not have an old one to brush my shoe, I exclaiming an unfortunate moment of loosing my money and the cold behavior of the keeper stepped out saying how's going to survive with that cold attitude. In business or in a communication we can’t make a hundred percent useful, at the same time polite, courteous, humane attitude will fetch us good human beings, contacts, which will help us in another phase of our professional & personal life, bless that friend with your attitude, let him know the possible good effects of not loosing a friend, rather not seeing him as a business contact.

Is IT industry/ sector in India anyway affected by trade union movement?

“Not at all I don't think so, I have not heard of trade unions functioning in IT establishments, awareness of labor laws, or the awareness of rights of work force has not been felt seriously, mostly IT industry is like an unorganized sector when it comes to trade unions. Hiring, firing, lay-offs, benches, the effects of the market determines the stability of the industry, the workforce and the forming of trade unions. Trade unions are to facilitate the management employee divide, bringing out the basic awareness of the rights issue when deployed in a work environment, we should support establishing trade unions in IT industry"

Have you personally witnessed examples of entrepreneurs starting with almost zero capital and rising to great heights

Yes!!!!!! I have witnessed, when those people emerged as entrepreneurs and succeeded, I had even made a draft of their success how they achieved, one golden rule of the success when it starts from scratch is adapting to emerging needs, changing to current trend and evolution, since a young entrepreneur starts his enterprise as a cycle vendor, grows to an automobile vendor, if the transformation does not happen, the young entrepreneur will fail drastically. Then capturing the retail market, one of my friend who started as a egg retail vendor, grew to a whole sale supplier then to establishing his own poultry, here if he had started the poultry in the first place then tried selling in retail, he might not have succeeded, the en capture of the retail market made him to determine the price of the product, making him a monopoly of the product.
