Can a logo stimulate a company's image or fritter away its brand equity?

“A logo is a selling token of a brand, its a assurance, its a vow or a promise, it makes us to go for the best. Whatever may be the company but the logo itself says the whole story, designing a logo is the first step of branding the product. One never to be a literate or to get to know about the company & its credibility, logo itself represents, logo presents the iconic image of the company, I know for sure whenever people see the Godrej logo people believe in the quality of steel bureau & cots. Logo is the one we can sell in the market where the product is secondary, but credibility comes from long lasting quality which should excel in times of competition."

Inspiration !!!

"The word inspiration itself inspires me to write this answer, inspiration is life, unless we get inspired by people around, life would be like a dead pan, I am inspired by nature, by the birds, animals, trees, by the people around me, one can get inspired by a scholar but I even more inspired by few illiterates, some of the people are commoner, some of them are great leaders, such inspirations in daily walk of life boosts my energy to work, to sustain, to grow, to answer, to raise questions, music plays a great role in a person's life, for me I had crossed over some difficult situations in life hearing music, it inspires me to get over troubles"

When making a hiring decision how important is the candidate's appearance to you; I am being interviewed on BBC Radio tomorrow and would be interested to hear your views or experiences?

“Oh..sure a candidate's appearance makes lot of difference in deciding, above all one's exuberant energy, attitude, makes lot of sense than appearance. Ever smiling face always counts for a better deal, wearing mild perfume, hair cut, surely makes difference, mannerism whether good or bad is not advisable."

Which is more important for you while measuring individuals on Assessments?

"Some what your question drives me to write a reply, see as a recruiter I personally expect enthusiasm from the candidate, I expect the candidate should never let him down when assigned with a task not giving up when he faces trouble getting along, the person should have guts to own responsibility, trait of owning responsibility is what we don't find in most of the people but contradictory people blame others for their failures."
