What drives a candidate to stay with a company?

“"Recognition" is the one where most of the employees yearn for, this one is among the junior level & middle level of the human resource. Recognition boosts employee morale, dedication and sincerity. Rendering periodic appreciation using performance parameters, but never degrading the other in terms of performance indicators will yield us results. Performance bonus, cultural activities of get together will sustain the team spirit, create ambience for a healthy hormonical environment. No partial difference should arise in a studious process of yielding results, partiality will hatch prejudice, and the senior management should be frank on dealing employee relations. Transparency is the key to succeed in employee relations.”

Why everybody mention their achivements in their resumes and hide their failures.

“My hard times are my learning, never would I mention it as failures, I do put my learning in my resume and do elaborate with the recruiter. It gives me a positive posture of image, if it does not work out, it’s not my fault, and everybody has bad experience and learning. But I would not reveal the internal discomforts which I might have experienced due to egoistical hierarchal setup or exploits of my any of my co-workers which will be cynical remarks on my part. Putting my image to scrutiny needs lot of guts where most of us fear to showcase, but I suggest all to open up their learning not as failures but as learning.”
