Reading Body Language !!

“I least believe in getting trained in understanding body language technically, since I believe all of our brains are tuned to read subtle differences through our non verbal communication, we are aware of the others fearful, deceitful, cynic, or intention of malice through simplest of gestures, and the confident, competent & incompetent of the candidates. I observe and believe physical communication vary from one to one, not a typical scale can be established in measuring one's non verbal communiqué. It's obvious an Indian national would not imitate with that of European or vice versa, similar for other nationalities. I guess Europeans & Americans are more non verbal than Indians, but altogether each individual differ & the common non verbal differ that of other nationals. Reading eyes are more difficult than any other feature since eyes are clear index of one's state of mind & that too eyes are most deceitful trap in some exceptional cases. Getting trained in the art of simulation even an awkward criminal can blindfold an experienced police officer in charge of criminal investigation, can fool a lie detector.”

Why Be Moral?

“Morality & Ethics are based out of beliefs & value system of our traditional & social life. For a long time it was believed uniform dress code in academics is suited & best as moral of all ethical values, certain revolutionary academicians suggested uniform dress code suppresses the innovative thought process which should be emanated out of free will, constraining the free will of expressing & leadership gesture. In this case dress code or non dress code both considered as moral till the ethics not violates the free will of thought process. I suggest "Which is moral ?" should be asked instead "Why be moral" because the immorality kills you since the opposite passer drives his car in the wrong side!”

Do you (always, sometimes, never) look at the profile of a person asking the question? Why or why not?

"Have you ever felt it's being idiot speaking to the answering machine when your friend or your loved ones went for the day? It’s absolute, I feel a level of comfort when I go through the profile, don't we observe the person sitting next to us in a city bus at the rush hour before answering his question, and it’s a level of judgment to understand his posture, his work, life style and social status. I often get excited to observe a person's profile in Linkedin rather browsing through numerous pages in Orkut."

The positive side of the economic down-turn - How did you adapt to changing conditions and environment?

Recently I had a discussion with one of my colleague regarding the economic crisis, I defined the struggling companies as mammoths who needs to be fed and the surviving are like rats, it was said during the ice age mammoths like dinosaurs perished and mammals like rats survived eating the carcass of the dead, counting on the survival of the fittest, the law of nature, companies should be built from the scratch to conceive & deliver minimizing expense with a competitive edge to quality, at the same time buffering up with alternatives. What we find here most of the companies search for alternatives only at the time of crisis, and effective crisis management is not in place.

There is a perennial and natural conflict between the interests of the employers and employees

“The history of hitherto existing society is the history of class struggle, farmer & landlord, master & slave as quoted by Karl Max. It's absolute the capital versus labor will exist for ever till capitalism lives, labor & extra labor produces extra capital doubling up the capital, it's for sure the phenomenon will improve the conflict of Master - Slave divide, there by leading to socialistic principles. If it's not proceeding to the level of conflict then it seems the produce equipments & the produce relationships has not grown to the level of instigating a conflict. These are all the essence of Marxism, it was quoted by Marx & Engels.”

How much is Right to Information Act relevant in India ?

“First of all, we need to create awareness of the right to information, how many of us know, there a "right" exists to question, and to know about the happenings and functioning of the official body, bureaucracy has taught us to be obedient on the prevailing set up, we have been so far taught to be patient on the official notes, raising doubts even prohibited, dealt as intention of producing havoc, so educating on the right to information is must, without putting it into practice, the right to information act is like a paper of any other bill passed by the legislative assembly throwing it to dustbin.”

What do you consider to be the underlying assmptions and beliefs behind an organisation which makes creativity and innovation an everyday habit?

“Today's business runs on numbers, targets, if it's an advertising company or a showbiz company, innovation & creative intelligence makes bread & butter, innovation & creation can be encouraged in between the number games of competitive business, which would help the employees to take a break from the hectic work pressure, relishing on, replenishing, believing the productivity increase, and giving room for creating a human being in the civilized society, but who cares about humanity & civilization !!!!”

How would an ideal workplace be where every employee love to come to work each day ?

“An ideal workplace for an employer is where his employees double up their work producing extra income out of extra labor, capitalizing, and for an employee ideal work place is the high income out of proportionate appropriate measures, since always there an employee - employer divide, ideal work place is like an Utopian society where an assumption or a dream to be visualized & put into practice, given the employees the freedom of thought and expression where the employees are provided with the job security & feel a part of the organization"
