What is the role of a Recruitment Professional in the Employer Branding.



“Indeed a recruiter plays a decisive role in employer branding, some of the X,Y,Z companies have a hearsay branding, and many of the potential employers stationed outside the market area lacks familiarity, I personally found interesting in marketing these companies to the candidate, for this we need to do extensive home work, we need to identify the USPs, and definitely a recruiter is a determinant force in promoting employer business.I know certain companies pay multiple proposition of salary to pick certain senior executives, they think its strategical to build fame among the market players and brand building is done in some unconventional ways, so the recruiter should first know about the employer, his work culture, work pattern, hierarchy of the organization, and power structure unless he would not be able to brand the organization."

How can we aseess a business analyst

“A business analyst is the one who knows completely about system, integration and a subject matter expert. He is the one who links the physical & virtual system, integrating by means of his expertise. His vast knowledge about the physical system making it work with a technical team is definitely a challenge. A good recruiter primarily should check with his knowledge of physical system and then with his technical knowledge the way you screen a SAP professional. How would you analyze a SAP professional, with his ability of functional SAP and with his experience in implementation? The same to be exercised with the Business Analysts."
